Who we are?
e-conn is a boutique consultancy for the consumer-healthcare industry, founded in Istanbul in 2013 and working at the meeting point of two markets: Türkiye and European Union. Led by a pharmacist with three decades of cross-functional experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices and nutraceuticals, we help Turkish companies build self-care portfolios with proven European products — and help European manufacturers find their partners, their route to market and their footing in Türkiye. Business development, market access, regulatory affairs and product science: delivered by one senior consultant who is at home in both markets, in both languages, and on both sides of the negotiating table.

Every recommendation begins with the molecule, the dose and the evidence — never with the commercials. We decline products that do not meet our standard.
